Marijuana is medicine!
Source: BBC
Scientists hope to use a marijuana-like chemical in the brain to treat Parkinson's Disease and schizophrenia. The chemical, known as anandamide, helps to regulate body movement and coordination.
Uncontrolled production of dopamine has been blamed for some of the symptoms of schizophrenia and the nervous tics and outbursts associated with Tourette's syndrome. A lack of dopamine is blamed for the shaking and motor hesitation that marks Parkinson's disease. This is one more article that shows the need to reschedule marijuana to Schedule II! It most definitely has medical benefits so why are they hesitiating to do it?

parkinsons disease
My stepfather has just been diagnosed with parkinsons he already has diabeates severly he has never done "drugs" in his life but at age 74 he is willing to try almost anything to control his situation a little. Their are not any doctors out there to provide him with any canabis related drug to alieve him. I know smoking is not good, I suggested to him to eat ganga food. I know you are not at liberty to give medical advice but how about your opinion?
