Jesse On Marijuana!

SAINT PAUL Lawmakers and the governor's office are talking about a possible test program at the University of Minnesota where marijuana could be prescribed under tightly- controlled conditions.
Public Safety Commissioner Charlie Weaver says Governor Jesse Ventura wants to get this treatment to patients whom it might help. But he's worried because patients would have to buy the pot on the street... and selling it is still a felony. Today, at the state capitol lawmakers are considering a bill to legalize marijuana for medicinal purposes. http://www.cnn.com/

He Seems Like a Good Man!
You are very fortunate to live in Minnesota! Jessie Ventura has an opportunity to change the way politics are run. I read that his wife is sick and I hope she gets better real soon. I hope that he is able to follow thru on his true feelings because I believe he wants change in other victimless crimes too. He thinks like a person from Amsterdam! He might just want to run for President! Stranger things have happened! Peace not Wods! FoM!

Love living here in Minn
I voted for Jesse and have been quite impressed so far with his ability to cut the fat out and get to the point. This is not the only thing he has spoken out on. Jesse is controversial, but that's because he seems to be going against the politically correct folks. He is really more of a people's governor.Yes to Jesse, but I hope he stays here setting the example. BTW the legislature wanted it "voted in" last administration so the legislature needs congratulations too.

Yes 2 Minnesota!
The voters of Minnesota knew for whom they were voting, and they should be proud of voting Jesse "The Mind" into office!Other states should watch closely, on how things should be handled, especially Utah. Yes to Minnesota, and yes to medical marijuana!Dr. Ganj
