POMPANO BEACH  Detectives in Pompano Beach say they have shut down a major drug-dealing operation located near a high school in a neighborhood in which drug violence has been on the rise. 
However, there's NO indication any students were involved. Eight suspects were targeted for arrest. Police and Drug Enforcement Administration agents also seized cocaine, marijuana and guns found in the apartment. Investigators say a stray bullet narrowly missed a child sleeping inside a house during a recent shoot-out between rival drug dealers in the area. http://www.cnn.com/
