PORTLAND A brand new non-profit group based in Portland will deliver free marijuana cigarettes to qualifying patients within a 60-block radius. 
All they'll pay for is the cost of delivery... ten-dollars for 40- blocks, twelve-dollars for 60-blocks. The members of ``Karma Geaea'' (GAY-uh), or ``Gifts of the Earth,'' all use aliases. Spokesman ``Jolly Dodger'' says of their five customers so far, two have AIDS, three have cancer. He says he knows he's taking a chance as rules for the new Oregon law have not been finalized. And he won't say where he gets the pot.
