Senator Mike DeWine of Ohio is trying to drum up support for the Drug Free Century Act. DeWine and seven other senators have written to fellow members of Congress... asking them to support the legislation DeWine co-sponsored. DeWine calls it the beginning of a critical and comprehensive reform of the nation's anti-drug strategy. He says the bill would establish anti-drug task forces... which would increase penalties and improve drug awareness and education programs.
