In a recent HT Newsblip, we explained why government-funded "antidrug" organizations are forbidden by their federal pork-barrel providers from debating drug reformers in public forums. It's because they'd inevitably come off as the preachy, dull, easily frightened serial liars they are, behind their righteous letterheads.
Recently one of them, Steve Dinistran of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America (who ordinarily shies away from debating opportunities by asking indignantly, "Who wants to debate this?") commended the WALL STREET JOURNAL for their typically deceptive right-wing statistical justification for locking up petty drug users in prison for long stretches of time. Astoundingly, the JOURNAL saw fit to publish a reasoned response to this fascist malarky, from a top international monitor of human-rights abuses around the world.Click The Above Link To Read More!Recent HT's News Article Below!http://www.hightimes.com/ht/new/9905/texasreformers.html
