Freedom Festival ‘99June 25-27Featuring:Big Brother & the Holding Company,Brewer & Shipley,Danny Longhair, Willy Mac, Larry Kadlub, Myrtle Eyes and more! Music, Camping, Deadhead Vendors, Swimming and More!
Come bake in the sun & dance under the moon with NORML! Admission is $35 per person and includes camping (to enter festival you must be 18 yrs/older or accompanied by an adult). Admission gate opens at 11am on the 25th and closes at 9pm on the 26th. Vendors please call ahead and food vendors must have Stark County permits from Health Department (330-493-9904 ask for Todd). Special camping note: This year no cars will be allowed at camp sites. You will be allowed to unload your camping gear at your camp site. But then you must park your car in the parking lot. Acceptions will be made for RV’s only. Directions: From Cleveland take I-77 south to the Fohl Rd exit and follow the KOA signs to the fest signs. Coming from southern Ohio or Columbus: I-77 north to the Fohl Rd exit and follow the KOA signs to the fest signs. Please bring good vibes, drums, instruments, and fun things to share with friends! No fireworks, firearms, dirt bikes or ATV’s, dogs with out leashes, nitrous oxide or dealing of any drugs. Violation of any of these simple rules will be cause for removal from the festival grounds. This is a benefit festival for the Northcoast chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. For more info call 216-521-9333 Bear Creek Amphitheater Meeting Schedule Northcoast NORML is back meeting at the Lakewood Public Library, located at 15425 Detroit Road in the city of Lakewood. Lakewood is the first western suburb of the city of Cleveland. The meetings will start at 7pm to 8:45pm and are open to the public. President John Hartman will lead discussion on current events that effect the cannabis community, answer questions and show videos. The meetings generally end with a round table discussion. upcoming festivals
HiCould you e-mail where to find the listings of festivalsin Ohio, Michigan or Pennsylvania for this summer.  I attended Buckeye Lake last year, and loved it. We are anxious to have some peace ful weekends this summer.thanks and peace to you.rosanne
