Memo to the Bush twins: The next time you hang out with a cute Hollywood actor, pick someone more discreet than Ashton Kutcher. Barbara and Jenna Bush, 21, are the subject of three paragraphs in the next Rolling Stone that they better hope their father, the commander-in-chief, doesn't read. Kutcher, 25, recounts how he met the First Daughters at a Los Angeles party a year and a half ago. A friend drew his attention to one of the Presidettes with a lustful (and unprintable) remark that drew glares from their Secret Service agents.
Kutcher thereupon introduced himself to the ladies, who asked what he was doing after the party. Everyone ended up back at Kutcher's place, though the host asked the Secret Service to stay outside. No wonder. "The Bushes were underage-drinking at my house," Kutcher tells interviewer Gavin Edwards. Stepping outside at one point, Kutcher recalls that "one of the Secret Service guys asked me if [the twins would] be spending the night." Fortunately, Mr. President, the star of "That '70s Show" said, "No." But that's the end of the good news. Kutcher continues, "And then I go upstairs to see another friend and I can smell the green wafting out under his door. I open the door, and there he is, smoking out the Bush twins on his hookah." The star of the upcoming "Seriously, Dude, Where's My Car?" says he thinks the Secret Service has been tapping his phone ever since. The actor has lately found success with "Punk'd," an MTV show in which he plays practical jokes on celebrities. He says he'd like to "punk" President Bush by sending Saddam Hussein doubles to the White House. A Bush spokeswoman returned a call but had no immediate comment. Note: Ashton Kutcher tells Rolling Stone he can 'carry on a meaningful conversation about world events.' So that explains the party with Jenna and Barbara Bush. I have no idea what is upsetting you. We have liberals and conservatives that post here and fighting about differences isn't acceptable. Please take those views to a suitable board. Basically one that debates party issues. Do you want to be able to comment here?

Just as I thought, liberalism is going to tear the freedom of speech out of the consititution. Poor brain washed fools...

Thank you so much for understanding. I don't even like to say anything but I know that I really should. I'd rather not say a word and be quiet and ignore what I don't want to read when fighting happens. The problem is I can't ignore fighting if it happens here. I don't know if the Bush girls can help us but we can hope. They are young and being politcally involved one way or the other is probably the furthest thing from their minds. They are at the age where all you want to do is party. It must be hard to try to have a good time in their situation.

I'm with you
I waste too much time talking politics with my dad, it's a subject that is unending.Perhaps the Bush Twins could be an essential ally when it comes to the war on drugs, while I imagine that the potential for them to turn into another GDub is high I have hope. I'm curious, did people take issue with George juniors drug habit when he was their age? Perhaps this public exposure will help turn them towards enlightenment on the issue. Are their any interviews with them or anything? Are they as fascist as their father? Or does smoking cannabis help make one more liberal? I would find these answers quite intriguing. Perhaps they could be good for the cause.

It's ok we all get upset. I have strong feelings about Bush but I don't want to talk about them on CNews because then people get angry and fight with each other. The Internet is a big place and talking about Bush can be done on many other boards. Talking about a political issue concerning reforming drug laws is good but politics and what each person believes is a volatile issue. I've seen fights happen over and over again and I don't like fighting. I really want CNews to be a place where we aren't fighting with each other but fighting for reform. Fighting scatters people and is counter productive. I hope you understand. Also people can discuss issues like Bush in an email or instant messenger and not get people involved that don't want to be.

Damn...and I was about to start it
but perhaps this is the thread to do that with, because it is about Bush in a not-too-round-about sorta way.But it's a good thing you said something FoM because even knowing what you said I am still finding it very hard to maintain control and not rant on about how destructive Bush's rule has been to our country and our world. My only hope is that maryjanefreedom was being sarcastic, which I can't see how anybody on this board wouldn't be about such a subject.Forgive me if I have crossed a line...I won't do it again.

Maybe you aren't aware that we have people here who really don't like Bush. We don't talk about him because when people do they wind up fighting and it takes away from our issue here which is cannabis reform. I hope that something good comes out of this information about the Bush girls. I wanted to mention this to you so it doesn't even get started.

Go Bush
I like Bush very much. He's been a great President so far. And you can know the father by the way the twins act. I bet Bush tokes up in private too. It's just too bad the media doesn't allow both parties to legalize.I don't think we're going to have a President as great as George W. Bush for a long time. So lets be happy while he's here! Go Bush!

Dominant Cannabis Culture
Barbara & Jenna are consenting adults. They are old enough to make their own decisions. You know the shrub will have a sh*t-fit but what can he do? I can hear Barbara & Jenna pleading with their old man now..."But how can you punish us for smoking a little grass when you used to snort cocaine?" It is nice to know that the cannabis culture has permeated every nook & cranny of American society. I can't wait for the day when stories like this won't be news. Bush family
The Bush family will be a joke on the televisions of america for a long time. Could shrub be known for his hard fisted wholesale rights removal policys yet his daughters run rampant with the blessing of secret service. Question. Should secret service ever turn a blind eye and allow a president or anyone else to deliberatly break the law, any law. esp. considering the fact that laws are there to protect us from hurting ourselves and the very reason that they are watching the bushes instead of tracking counterfitters. If the LEO's showed up at that place (like that would ever happen) the SS, oops the secret service would turn them away. And I'm pretty sure they would have to leave. Its ok to oppress everyone else because they are not a Bush.

I knew it
It was just a matter of time before we heard the truth about the little girls' smoking weed, and here it is. Jenna rocks. But one day she and her sister will have very lucrative jobs with the government or a major corporation. They'll probably be excused from the piss test. They'll also be happy to publicly condemn marijuana smoking as supporting of terrorism.I very rarely watch any television, a medium that caters to airheads. But if these boys and girls would like to make a nonhypocritical statement about the harmlessness of marijuana and the criminal debauchery called "war on drugs," I'll tune in. Short of that, I wish them all the very worst.
