Excellent Information!
Source: McWilliams.com
THIS BOOK IS BASED on a single idea: You should be allowed to do whatever you want with your own person and property, as long as you don't physically harm the person or property of a nonconsenting other.
Simple. Seemingly guaranteed to us by that remarkable document known as United States Constitution and its even more remarkable Bill of Rights. And yet, it's not the way things are. Roughly half of the arrests and court cases in the United States each year involve consensual crimes—actions that are against the law, but directly harm no one's person or property except, possibly, the "criminal's." More than 750,000 people are in jail right now because of something they did, something that did not physically harm the person or property of another. In addition, more than 3,000,000 people are on parole or probation for consensual crimes. Further, more than 4,000,000 people are arrested each year for doing something that hurts no one but, potentially, themselves. The injustice doesn't end there, of course. Throwing people in jail is the extreme. If you can throw people in jail for something, you can fire them for the same reason. You can evict them from their apartments. You can deny them credit. You can expel them from schools. You can strip away their civil rights, confiscate their property, and destroy their lives—just because they're different. Yes, Hi Angela, FoM and Tim,Thanks for your comments, guys; thanks FoM, for posting this Article about Peter's great book, "Ain't...."; thanks Angela, for your comments; and thanks Tim, for yours. I TRIED to buy some of Peter's Books for Christmas gifts locally, last year, but could not get the ones I was looking for. Folks can read all (or many) of Peter's books online for free. I think they can order them online over a secure connection, too. I'd just like to second Tim's comment about how great Peter's "Ain't...." book is. In the Online version, at the start of the book, there are quotes from several prominent US Americans, such as: Phil Donahue, Hugh Downs, Abigail Van Buren, Tom Clancy, etc. Peter McWilliams was the guy who's book, - Hypericum and Depression - pushed me to come online. Peter USED to have some great Forums, at this web pages, such as the one at his www.hypericum.com pages and the one at his www.marijuanamagazine.com pages. Unfortunately, since the US federal government arrested him and threw him in jail, threatened to steal his elderly Mom's Home, etc., etc., he has had to remove these fine Forums from his pages. I really hope that Peter, AND the rest of his Family, too... survives his persecution and prosecution at the hands of the US federal government. Down! with the bullying Dark Side Forces; Up! with Truth, Goodness and Righeous, True and Fair Justice! Best Wishes and Luck, for: *Peter McWilliams, *B.E. Smith, *Renee Boje, and the other one million or so cannabis users, who will be arrested this year in the US. Shame on our country,Shame on our government, andShame on our fellow citizens,For destroying the lives of so many... too many, great folks!Well, guys, that's all I really wanted to say. Here's the direct link to Peter's "Ain't Nobody's Business...." book.http://www.mcwilliams.com/books/aint/Thanks, Pat.

Everyone should buy this book now! first because it is a great book, after reading it I gave out copies for x-mas gifts. Second, Peter deserves the money, he is one of the few who truly stand up for freedom.

Good!
I think this is wonderful. More people should do things like this. I will be going straight to the book store to pick up my copy and proudly display it! If we all lived by the biblical Rule of Love, then we wouldn't have these problems. It is something to think about. If God governs His kindom in that manner, then who is our government to say that it is not a good idea?!
