Student athletes at two Carl Junction schools will be the first in Missouri to undergo mandatory drug testing -- a policy that could eventually extend to band members, the drama club and cheerleaders.
The Carl Junction School Board decided Monday to proceed with plans to administer random drug tests on junior high and high school students who participate in school-sanctioned athletics starting this fall.It's the first such mandatory drug test for Missouri students at any level, said Rick Kindhart, spokesman for the Missouri High School Activities Association.``We aren't aware of any other school that has a mandatory drug testing requirement,'' Kindhart said.Click the above link to read the whole article!

This is complete crap, I've never heard of this before, it is an invasion of the 4 amendment, its an invasion of privacy without reasonable cause. This is unconstitutional, I might only be a sophomore in Texas, but I still know whats right and this is bull shit I must agree. Who cares who tokes up anyway, thats our busi

We are presently developing guidelines for Suspicionless drug testing in schools. Do you have a sample of what you are using to implement your drug testing policy?

high school drug testing
This is BULLSHIT!!!!I am a sophmore in high school and am involved in many school sports. I believe that by doing this you are toatally invading these kids's privacy. Because they screw up and make one lousy mistake they must pay for it the rest of their life.
