Tyler Hagen of Saugus and three other Arroyo Seco Junior High School students could be charged with offenses ranging from possession to the sale of a controlled substance on school grounds, according to a Sheriff's Department spokesman. Sheriff's officials, without giving details, cast doubt on Tyler's story that he turned over a small amount of marijuana to his parents to help a scared friend dispose of the drug. Hello, my name is kathleen, I live in western Montana and yes i am having a few problums and would like some advice. I am 26 and a single mother of three i am also disabled. I live on 700.a month for my self and my children. a man was living on my ex boyfriend property. he treated my children like grand kids and assumed the role of father to myself.He had me pay his bills on a regular basis and signed checks for me to get things for my children when i was low on money. so i did. Yes i know now that that was the wrong thing to do.my ex-boyfriend left us in the house he was buying two days after christmas.My children and i had to move. things went down hill when i found out that he had another child only one month younger than our son.When he left this other man i will call him Dad. Gave us a dumpy two bdrm trailer to live in. Things were going well till i started dating a man. then dad confessed to wanting me to be his. I told him that i could not be and was astounded to find that these feelings were there. I asked him to give me some time to myself to see if i wanted to have a grandfather for my children this badly.It was about one month later my new boyfriend and i were doing well,and i was speaking with my ex-boyfriend and i wrote up a custody/ parenting plan.we met and he dissagreed about me being the primary custodian of our son. I did not hear from him for months he even was a no call no show for our sons fifth birthday.My new boyfriend was in the bar one night to see his family and dad tried to get him thrown out.My boyfriend called him a sick indavidual. The next buisness day i recieved a photo copy of checks from him with forgery written on them. I stayed away from this man believing it was an idle threat. then the sherriff arrived at my house on the sixth of july. I found i was going to be prosicuted for something i had permission to do. so i called my ex-boyfriend frantic of course. and he informed me that if i were to drop my child support agreement with him that he could talk to dad and have this thrown out of court.As i assumed my new boyfriend and i did not work out but we are the best of friends still.Dad has been fallowing me everywere i go and the sherriffs office says they cant help me because i was driving without a licence. there going to keep the case open and the one sherriff thinks this is stalking, But unfortunatly i cannot do anything until i get my appointed attorney.Dad had told me tails of living in las vegus and could kill me or have someone else do it for him. I have been very petrified over the matter and i am now on sleeping pills, but they dont seem to be doing any good either. I am scared of being killed and petrified at maybe loosing my children.My mother came to you about twenty years ago and said you were a wonderful person. My mom has been very helpful through all of this and i do believe her so i thought i could try to get a hold of you somehow.The court system here does not seem to know what they are doing half the time. I tried to explain what was happening to the court house to file custody papers for my youngest child. they said its possible but my ex-boyfriend has to agree or i loose out on a couple hundred dollars. I hate to think there going through all this just to slander me and try and get my youngest away from me. I even went through home ownership classes to buy a house in the next town but that was revoked until this matter was handled. I was the coach for the u-12 soccer team here in town. i coached my two older childrens team and now i am unable to do that as well/ there is a no contact order against me twards him so i am afraid even to leave my home.The checkes in question were written in nov.dec.and one in jan. of this past year. To me it seems aparent what has transpired but a court may see it diffrently.I want to thank you for the time to try and get this to you. i dont expect miracles.However i know i am in this deep and do need help. I have however learned to trust no one.I used to be an active great mother,and now i am afraid of everyone and everything.If you could please give me the facts and hopefully some of my sanity back. He has now filed charges against me to keep him in New York. I am in California. How difficult is jurisdiction in this child custody case? We have joint legal custody. My son is 11yrs. old and has lived with me for those years and raised him for the first 8 years without child support. Now my ex is married, his wife won a $200k settlement and they vowed to get the best lawyers to obtain full custody of my son. The men in the restaruant from the cook, & busboy to the manager themselves continuously make comments on my appearance, sexuality and they make lewd remarks to me. Now the manager accused my fiancee of causing a disruption in the business because the men customers feel threatened in trying to "pick me up" when my fiancee is there! My sister works part-time for a tanning salon in Palmdale, CA. She also works for a topless bar in Orange County, CA. While working at the tanning salon, one of the owners actually cupped her breasts and tried to give her money to dance for him. Needless to say, she was extremely upset, she never gave him any green light so to speak to do this. We just came back from a lawyer's office who basically stated that because of the work my sister does, she had no case. We were extremely upset, because no one deserves to be treated this way. Also, no man has the right to touch a woman in that manner in the workplace or anywhere else if she does not consent to this. It is sad that this man is going to get away with this behavior, just because my sister also works at a topless bar. The attorney basically said that her backround will be researched (we already knew this), and when it comes out a jury would just laugh and not find in favor of my sister. So, to me he was saying that this behavior was O.K. because my sister works in a bar. This man needs to be stopped. He has done this to other girls at the tanning salon. Please, Please help. Thanks!!
