The Drug Policy Foundation invites you to take part in its 12th International Conference on Drug Policy Reform on May 12-15, 1999, in greater Washington, D.C. Join policy experts and activists from across the United States and around the globe for dynamic policy sessions, visits to Capitol Hill, and strategic reform planning.
The Drug Policy Foundation invites you to participate in May so that the voices of reason may be heard in the halls of government. In addition to stimulating debate and discussion, plan to come early for Capitol Hill visits as part of '99 Voices. DPF will also offer technical assistance training through its Grant Program for those who run or want to run their own organizations.DPF's has planned its 12th Conference to be as accessible as possible for supporters of new thinking on drug policy.
